You can view all of your orders and tickets by going to https://www.fatsoma.com/orders.
THE NAME ON THE TICKET IS DIFFERENT TO THE PERSON ATTENDING.
A different name on the ticket will not be a problem.
CAN I SELL MY TICKET?
Yes, this is fine.
WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY T-SHIRT FROM?
T-shirts will be given out at the venue on the night of the event.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Doors open at 10pm. However, we advise everyone to get there as soon as doors open to save queuing for long. Please check the Facebook events for more details.
I’M GOING TO ANOTHER UNIVERSITY IN A DIFFERENT CITY TO WHERE THE EVENT IS TAKING PLACE. CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Yes, feel free to join your friend in another City.

I’VE BOUGHT THE WRONG TICKET – CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable, however you can sell your ticket to someone else.
WILL PHOTO ID BE REQUIRED?
Yes this is required. All our events are 18+. You must bring Government Issued Photo ID with you.
I CAN’T PRINT MY TICKETS, WHAT DO I DO?
You will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your tickets. If you have a Smart phone then you can also use it to access your tickets and show on the door.
